Clean and nice value hotel
Favourable location next to bustling malls and the market. High quality, brand-new, good-sized room with extra bed. - Shower, hairdryers, and robes were very handy. - Savoury breakfast. - Early check-in opportunity

Enjoyed sipping drinks at the Piano Lounge, felt like a fancy pianist. The Avarin Spa made me forget that I was in the city, almost like a tropical retreat. Gondola Restaurant took my taste buds on a wild culinary adventure.

The rate is OK, and it is close to BMC where I am working
THere are Fivethings wrong. 1. The lighting in the room is very dull and the light is low in the room 2. Internet is NOT free and costs almost 25% of the room rate as an extra (400 per day!!!) 3. Breakfast is not included in the Booked.net deal, and it is not obvious. 4. Seems to handle very large groups of Chinese tourists. Checkin and out can take a very long time if you arrive or depart with a group 5. TV is very old, reception poor, and available englsih channels low grade

Location: the hotel was short walk to the restaurant as well as the center of Bangkok attractions. There were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Kazan by Sushi Yanma that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I recently stayed at A-One Hotel for a medical conference and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the conference center. The staff were incredibly helpful and I even received a free room upgrade without asking. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent lighting. The hotel also had great amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and spa. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, with Rama 9 shopping mall just a stone's throw away. Plus, being only 1 kilometer from the highway entrance made it easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help when I had any requests. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy. I also appreciated the 24-hour room service, as it made late-night cravings a breeze.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. They will definitely enjoy the enhanced comfort and quality services that this place has to offer.

Booked.net advertised free transport between airport and hotel, hotel refused to honour stating that free transfers are only provided if the accommodation if booked directly with the hotel. The hotel said that the issue is with Booked.net and not them.

The hotel is located in a convenient area near a shopping center, making it easy for young families to find everything they need. There are also options for Muslim guests as the hotel offers halal-friendly restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for guests. The service is friendly and accommodating, with the front desk staff being especially helpful.
One downside is that the nearest public station is quite a distance away, making it a bit inconvenient for guests who rely on public transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located near various transportation options, including a ferry along the canal, allowing easy access to attractions outside of the hotel's area. Guests can also take the Skytrain or a 30-40 minute taxi ride to reach the airport, making travel hassle-free. Additionally, the rooms are well-equipped, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is helpful and offers advice and tips for maximizing one's stay in the city.
The staff could have been more attentive in assisting with basic questions, which would have enhanced the overall experience.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the trendy and comfortable rooms. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. Although the hotel is located outside of the city center, they provide a free minibus service and there is a hospital staff bus that can take you to the train station. The housekeeping service was top-notch, with daily room cleaning and laundry service that left my clothes smelling wonderful. it was a beautiful resting place with great amenities.
The communication with the staff could have been better, as they seemed unwilling to assist with basic questions.
